Sixth Layer is when the whole tube has a silver or golden metallic layer. After the metallization process, it is possible to decorate it with silkscreen and/or flexography to create texts, drawings or gradients. Metalized foil decoration eliminates the need for plastic lamination.
Through a Matte or Glossy finish, Varnish can be applied to the whole package or to details.
Hot stamping is a very simple and robust technique that creates, highlights and customizes your brand image with metallized details. Its finish is used to highlight art details and to ennoble the product.
High-definition printing can be used for all types of decoration and is ideal for gradient processes and high-definition images. It is the best way to print images in CMYK or Pantone.
This process creates well-defined lines, providing results with intense and textured colours. It is most popular for small text and fine lines.
